  Vinson was amazingly responsive in helping us recover from a broken nail polish bottle that spattered all over our bathroom carpet. He came the same day I called after his "last" job of the day, and stayed until nearly 8 PM working on the clean-up, so we wouldn't have any permanent damage to the carpet. He knew just what to do and worked fervently until the area looked as good as new! His work ethic was refreshing and his personality great too! We would definitely call on him again when we hopefully have a more standard opportunity.

  Vin of EverLush Cleaning Services cleaned the carpets in my townhome and did a fantastic job on the carpets. He was running late due to traffic and texted me to let me know he would be later than scheduled. That was very important to me as I had a lot to get done that day. His equipment looked to be of a good commercial grade and well kept. His van was clean and seemed to be in good condition. 
  
  vin himself, was professional in appearances, polite and professional. I showed him the job and then left for a bit. When I came back, Vin was almost done within the amount of time he said the job would take.

He was willing to make it right due to circumstances on his end, but it was too late at this point since I had to hire someone else that was willing to come out that day - I had to take a day off from work to do this. I was hopeful given other positive responses for him, and the fact my husband wanted someone that could regularly do his company cleaning as well, but sometimes things just don't work out.

  We needed carpet in our family room cleaned after our dogs had all but destroyed the looks. EverLush is by far the most professional and honest company that I have dealt with in years. The guys were both extremely courteous and polite. They even did our stairs at no extra charge. They took all types of precautions to protect our furniture and walls. The carpet looks brand new. I would definitely recommend then to any residential or commercial customer!

  Vinson Luna and EverLush Cleaning did a fantastic job on my apartment. I have two small boys so, needless to say the carpets were in terrible condition. By the time they were finished my landlord, who was planning on tearing the carpet out when I left, said they looked so good she didn't need to replace them. 
  
  The cleaning crew did a magnificent job also. The apartment was cleaner when I left then when I moved in. With two little boys who like to draw on things the apartment had a few areas which I was particularly concerned about. But with EverLush on the job I had no need for concern.

Q. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

A. We are IICRC certified, in November we will be attending classes for Flood and Water Damagme to keep on top of new techniques and improvements in the industry. We will also be adding Duct Cleaning and Certifications very soon!

Q. Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.

A. We pride ourselves on keeping things simply. The price quoted is essentially the price...if we speak in person, on the phone or visit the property I will personally guarantee the price. You shouldn't be penalized if I quote or do not ask the right questions.

Q. How did you get started doing this type of work?

A. Freedom to work on my terms and not on a false set of values that hang on a wall. We set honest expectations, charge fair fees and unrivaled customer service. Every corporation totes a mission statement but most are too large to enforce this.

Q. What types of customers have you worked with?

A. Pet stains and wine...odor and stain removal.

Q. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A. We work with families of disabled/ special needs children. One child was fascinated with an air mover that we left in order to dry the carpet as quickly as possible. It's these kids that motive us!

Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A. Ask questions, and don't hesitate to have a technician come out to give a FREE evaluation.

A. You get what you pay for but this does not mean you should be price gouged by the 'big companies'
